Support the dream of the good
This is how you get started
”The Dream of Good” provides you with tools for peace and quiet and an opportunity to influence the classroom process. Our simple mindfulness and meditation methods are four "doors" into what we call the Dream of the Good - our inner potential. They are stillness, peaceful touch, reflection and mindful movement, as in qigong and yoga. They are easily integrated into the existing curriculum, and are easy to learn and to use. They are equally effective for all ages and school levels. The teacher may choose which of the four methods he/she would like to start with and see what works for his/her students.
Our training courses are simple and short, and adapted to everyday life in the school. We can offer guidance and support for implementing the methods in the student groups. For those who are eager to learn and can’t wait for a course, there are some exercises so simple that you can start with them right away.

The Dream of the Good films:
In the different voices
heard in these peace films - from the Dalai Lama and Turkish swirling dervishes to well-known scientists, Sámi people, Native Americans, world leaders and artists in dialogue with Swedish youths - there is a presence of the soul, of the deepest in the human being. The films were created for young people, but have something to offer all age groups. They inspire everyone to make their own journey - of reflection, introspection and a new understanding of what it means to live on our planet. Here you can download the films>>
